At nextwordagency, we deliver copywriting services as outlined in our project agreements. All work is performed with archival precision and professional standards.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Service not delivered as specified in the project agreement
- Significant deviation from agreed-upon deliverables
- Project cancellation before work commencement (within 48 hours of payment)
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Work already delivered and approved by the client
- Services completed according to project specifications
- Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client
- Consultation fees for time already rendered
4. Refund Process

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of copywriting services provided by nextwordagency ("we," "us," or "our") from our location at Carrer de València 180, Barcelona, Eixample, España.
1. Services
We provide professional copywriting, content creation, and strategic storytelling services as described in individual project agreements. All services are performed with archival precision and professional standards.
2. Project Agreements
Each project is governed by a separate agreement that specifies:
- Scope of work and deliverables
- Timeline and milestones
- Pricing and payment terms
- Revision policies
3. Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required before work commences
- Remaining balance due upon project completion
- Payments processed via secure Stripe payment links
- Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all rights to delivered copywriting work transfer to the client. We retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. We do not resell or repurpose client content.
5. Revisions
Standard projects include two rounds of revisions. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges as outlined in the project agreement.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all project information as confidential. We will not disclose your project details, business information, or content to third parties without your written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 7 days written notice. Client is responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Barcelona, España.
